A result is a research lead, not a conclusion. The underlying record and its context should always be reviewed by the responsible legal professional.

WHAT A FUTURE INTEGRATION COULD LOOK LIKE

A future DATAV3 and practice-management integration could allow a legal team to initiate public-record research when a new company or organisation is added to a matter.

For example, entering an ABN or ACN could prompt a DATAV3 search for relevant court, regulatory, procurement and other public records. The lawyer could then review the results and decide what is relevant to the client or matter.

This is a possible workflow only. DATAV3 does not currently have a Clio integration, and this page does not indicate a partnership, endorsement or product integration with Clio.
