Did you know, just to perform a civil litigation search in the Supreme Court of NSW, you are required to complete a 3 page document and pay $108 (for a company) each time you submit your list of terms to search. It can then take up to 48 hours to receive your result, and if there are more than 50 results you will receive your results within 5 business days. This is just to see if court cases exist in the one court: documents about each case cost extra.
