Request non-party access to Federal Court documents
Making requests to the Federal Court for documents can be time consuming and hard to do on the go. DATAV3 makes short work of this task by completing the court document for you in a few simple steps.
Select the Forms product.
Select the Federal Court from the drop down menu.
Enter the Case Number and click GO.
The form will populate with the Case Number and Title. It will also load your pre-saved settings and user information.
Check any relevant boxes (these settings can be saved) and click Download Form. That’s it. You’re done.
